It is Christmastime again. I am wishing you all a nice holiday season, whatever you celebrate. It will be quiet for us and that is just fine with me! I am having fun cooking. I have cinghiale which I’m making into a stew today, and a tacchino piccolo, baby turkey, for ourselves tomorrow. Turkey sandwiches here we come! Buon Natale a tutti!
