Hey Matt, that sounds more like Chicken and Dumplings, one of my favorites. PA Dutch cooking is very much comfort food. Why not imagine it came from Calagrana? The gulash we had from them on Friday was pretty yummy – but Iβm a big fan of Chicken and dumplings…now Iβm going to have to make that! π
